Use of HD-1 high density weighting agent
HD-1 is a high-density weighting agent synthesized from various metals, and processed by ultra-linear processing and ultra-fine spheroidization technology.
The particle size is 200~250 meshes, and the density is greater than 7.4, and its specific gravity is much higher than that of the
traditional barite weighting agent 4.6~5.05. It has a good spherical particle shape and appearance, and the drilling fluid
weighting agent can be recycled and completely acidified, and the acidification rate can reach 94.5%.After being used in cementing cement slurry, it has good dispersion and suspension, and the
density of cement slurry can reach 2.4~2.8g/cm3.In drilling and production operations, not only water-based mud but also oil-based mud can be prepared, and its performance is superior to that of a traditional weighting agent.

1.The density is higher than that of the existing weighting agent, and the density of the prepared cement slurry reaches 2.4~2.8g/cm3.
2.Prepare cement slurry with the same density, and the dosage is less than the existing traditional weighting agent, thus saving the cost. Suitable for national standard G-grade and A-grade oil well cement.
